Weekday Rate: £220 Saturday appointments are available for urgent situations only — Saturday premium rate £260. Please contact me directly to check availability. Suitable for babies born before 35 weeks or who have spent over 5 days in the NICU. Who this session is for: This service is for families bringing home a preterm or recently hospitalised baby who would like specialist support in the first days at home. * Perfect if you want hands-on, practical guidance without committing to multiple visits upfront * Ideal for families who want confidence and reassurance while navigating feeding at home * Guidance and reassurance during the first week at home What happens during your visit (up to 2 hours): * Review your baby’s feeding history * Assess feeding and oral skills * Make a personalised plan to support growth, comfort, and feeding success Optional pre-home consultation (up to 30 minutes — phone or video) Available while your baby is still in hospital to discuss progress and plan for discharge Upgrade Option: If you decide you would like to upgrade to a 2- or 3-visit NICU-to-Home package, this can be arranged and booked during your visit. Support after your visit: 💬 You can message me via WhatsApp for one week after your visit. Extra WhatsApp support or a follow-up visit can be purchased if you feel you need it.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy I understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel a full refund is given if you provide more than 24hrs notice of cancellation. After this point you will be offered a 50% refund. It may be possible to rearrange, but please be aware this will need to fit around other bookings. Please note that I have the right to cancel your appointment and issue a refund for the booked service if you have not completed and returned the booking form within 48 hours of you appointment.
