Weekday Rate: £250 Saturday appointments are available for urgent situations only — Saturday premium rate £290. Please contact me directly to check availability. Who this session is for: This service is for families bringing home a preterm or recently hospitalised baby who would like specialist support in the first days at home. * Suitable for babies born before 36 weeks or who have spent over 5 days in the NICU. * Perfect if you want hands-on, practical guidance without committing to multiple visits upfront * Ideal for families who want confidence and reassurance while navigating feeding at home * Guidance and reassurance during the first week at home This longer, specialist consultation is designed for families whose baby has: * Been born prematurely (<36 weeks) * Spent more than 5 days in neonatal care * Ongoing feeding challenges related to medical history, stamina, or transition from NICU During our time together I will: * Take a more detailed review of neonatal history and its impact on feeding * Observe a feed and support improvements in positioning and attachment * Assess milk transfer, feeding behaviour and any oral function concerns and specialist assessment of complex feeding behaviours * Offer evidence‑based strategies informed by neonatal physiology and clinical experience to help you meet your goals * Provide a personalised written feeding plan with clear, actionable steps * Give you reliable resources specific to your situation * Include 7 days of messaging support to help you implement changes with confidence You’ll walk away with: * A comprehensive, tailored written feeding plan * Practical tools and techniques suited to your baby’s unique needs * Confidence and clarity on the next steps at home This session is particularly helpful when feeding difficulties feel persistent or complicated, when weight gain is slow, or when you are adjusting from hospital‑based care to home. Optional pre-home consultation (up to 30 minutes — phone or video) Available while your baby is still in hospital to discuss progress and plan for discharge Upgrade Option: If you decide you would like to upgrade to a 2- or 3-visit NICU-to-Home package, this can be arranged and booked during your visit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy I understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel a full refund is given if you provide more than 24hrs notice of cancellation. After this point you will be offered a 50% refund. It may be possible to rearrange, but please be aware this will need to fit around other bookings. Please note that I have the right to cancel your appointment and issue a refund for the booked service if you have not completed and returned the booking form within 48 hours of you appointment.
