Service Description

***Suitable for babies born before 35 weeks or who have spent over 5 days in the NICU.*** Taking your baby home from NICU is a major milestone, and the first days at home can feel uncertain. I provide specialist, single-visit support to help you navigate this transition confidently, with practical guidance and WhatsApp support for reassurance in the week following your visit. I am an experienced NICU nurse and neonatal feeding lead with over 10 years experience supporting complex feeding journeys. My role is to complement your hospital team, ensuring you feel supported and empowered as you start this next chapter. What’s Included: * Single feeding consultation in your own home (up to 2 hours) A thorough review of your baby’s feeding history, assessment of feeding and oral skills, and a personalised plan to support growth, comfort, and feeding success at home. * Optional pre-home consultation (up to 30 minutes — phone or video) Available while your baby is still in hospital to discuss progress and plan for discharge. +WhatsApp support Messaging support for one week after your visit, for guidance and reassurance. Upgrade Option: If you decide during or immediately after this visit, you can upgrade to a 2- or 3-visit NICU-to-Home package, ensuring continuity of care and ongoing support tailored to your baby’s needs.
