Important: If your baby was admitted to the neonatal unit for longer than 5 days or born before 36 weeks, please book the “Feeding Consultation at home (preterm)” session. 90 minutes in your home with written plan & support This consultation is ideal for first‑time parents and families seeking reassurance, practical guidance or personalised support for breastfeeding, combination feeding or milk expression. During our time together I will: * Take a detailed feeding history tailored to your baby’s age and needs * Observe a feed and support improvements in positioning and attachment * Assess milk transfer, feeding behaviour and any oral function concerns * Offer evidence‑based strategies to help you meet your goals * Provide a personalised written feeding plan with clear, actionable steps * Give you reliable resources specific to your situation * Include 7 days of messaging support to help you implement changes with confidence Many families use this session to: * Build confidence in feeding their baby * Resolve early or ongoing latch or comfort concerns * Get reassurance that everything is progressing well This session is suitable at any point during the first year of your baby’s life and works to support both reassurance‑seeking and feeding challenge needs.
