Service Description

If your baby was admitted to the neonatal unit for longer than 5 days or born before 36 weeks - please book the 'Premature or hospitalised baby - home' session. A visit to your home to offer you the support YOU need. Before the session you will have completed a booking form, we will discuss this in detail at the session. During the session we will identify your goal of the session, I will observe a feed, make supportive changes to feeding to ensure effective feeding. I will do an oral assessment if indicated, and may ask to look at your breasts. I can also weigh your baby, if that is due. If any referrals are needed, I will do this after discussing with you. Any resources or supplies are supplied at no cost. You might be looking for confirmation or reassurance that feeding is going as planned; you may have a concern that you need help with; you might be exclusively breastfeeding, combination feeding or exclusively pumping. This can be used at any point during the first year of your baby's life. + You can message me via WhatsApp for a week after your visit. Extra WhatsApp or a Follow-up visit can be purchased if you feel you need it.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy I understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel a full refund is given if you provide more than 24hrs notice of cancellation. After this point you will be offered a 50% refund. It may be possible to rearrange, but please be aware this will need to fit around other bookings. Please note that I have the right to cancel your appointment and issue a refund for the booked service if you have not completed and returned the booking form within 48 hours of you appointment.
