Saturday appointments are available for urgent situations only — Saturday premium rate £160. Please contact me directly to check availability. Follow‑up appointments are for families who have already had an initial consultation and want: * Review of progress with feeding patterns * Adjustments to your feeding plan based on real‑world experience * Continued reassurance and strategy refinement During this session we will: * Discuss what’s working well and what’s not * Observe current feeds and refine techniques * Update your written plan with next steps * Provide 7 days of messaging support after the visit Follow‑ups are often booked 1–3 weeks after an initial consult.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy I understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel a full refund is given if you provide more than 24hrs notice of cancellation. After this point you will be offered a 50% refund. It may be possible to rearrange, but please be aware this will need to fit around other bookings. Please note that I have the right to cancel your appointment and issue a refund for the booked service if you have not completed and returned the booking form within 48 hours of you appointment.
