***Suitable for babies who have spent 5+ days in NICU or were born before 35 weeks*** Bringing your preterm or late-preterm baby home can feel overwhelming — but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I am an experienced NICU nurse and neonatal feeding lead with over 10 years of experience supporting complex feeding journeys. I understand the discharge process inside the NICU and the unique challenges families face once they are home. My role is to complement your hospital team, not replace them, ensuring you feel supported, reassured, and confident as you start this next chapter with your baby. What’s Included: * Optional pre-home consultation (up to 30 minutes — phone or video) A chance to connect while your baby is still in NICU, discuss progress, and prepare for those first few days at home. * Feeding consultation at home- preterm (up to 2 hours) A thorough review of your baby’s medical and feeding history, a full feeding and oral assessment, and a personalised plan designed around your baby’s unique needs. * One follow-up home visit (up to 60 minutes) Hands-on support to review progress, troubleshoot any challenges, and adapt your plan as your baby grows and develops. Typically scheduled 1–2 weeks after the initial visit. + WhatsApp support Ongoing messaging support from your first visit until one week after your follow-up, so you feel supported between appointments. * Booking Note When booking this package, you are selecting the time and date of your first visit.
