NICU-to-Home Plus Pathway – 3 visits 🌿 Most popular choice for families with early or complex feeding journeys. ***This package is designed for babies born very early or more complex feeding journeys, including those who are still in NICU or have additional medical or developmental challenges.*** Bringing your preterm or late-preterm baby home can feel overwhelming — but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I am an experienced NICU nurse and neonatal feeding lead with over 15 years of experience supporting complex feeding journeys. I understand the discharge process inside the NICU and the unique challenges families face once they are home. My role is to complement your hospital team, not replace them, ensuring you feel supported, reassured, and confident as you start this next chapter with your baby. What’s Included: * Optional pre-home consultation (up to 30 minutes — phone or video) A chance to connect while your baby is still in NICU, discuss progress, and prepare for those first few days at home. What’s included: 1 × 2-hour specialist NICU/preterm consultation * Detailed review of neonatal and medical history * Assessment of feeding related to prematurity or medical complexity * Observation of breast, bottle, or combination feeds * Strategies for latch, stamina, weight gain and feeding efficiency * Personalised written feeding plan with evidence-based resources 2 × 60-minute follow-up consultation * Review of progress and adjust specialist plan * Troubleshoot ongoing or evolving challenges Messaging support: From the first consultation until one week after the follow-up Total package: One extended specialist session + two follow-up session, giving full support for complex feeding needs in a single package. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy I understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel a full refund is given if you provide more than 24hrs notice of cancellation. After this point you will be offered a 50% refund. It may be possible to rearrange, but please be aware this will need to fit around other bookings. Please note that I have the right to cancel your appointment and issue a refund for the booked service if you have not completed and returned the booking form within 48 hours of you appointment.
