NICU-to-Home Plus Pathway – 3 visits 🌿 Most popular choice for families with early or complex feeding journeys. ***This package is designed for babies born very early or more complex feeding journeys, including those who are still in NICU or have additional medical or developmental challenges.*** I am an experienced NICU nurse and neonatal feeding lead with over 10 years supporting complex feeding journeys. I understand the NICU discharge process and the specialist care families need once home. I will work alongside your hospital team, complementing services from SLTs, dietitians, physiotherapists, and other specialists to ensure your baby has consistent, expert support. What’s Included: * Optional pre-home consultation (up to 30 minutes — phone or video) Early advice and planning while your baby is still in NICU, preparing you for discharge. * Feeding consultation at home- Preterm (up to 2 hours) Comprehensive assessment of feeding, oral-motor skills, and growth. Creation of a tailored plan that considers your baby’s medical and developmental needs. * Two follow-up home visits (up to 60 minutes each) Continued, hands-on support to address challenges, track progress, and adapt strategies as your baby grows. Typically scheduled 1-2 weeks apart. + WhatsApp support Messaging support from your first visit until one week after your final follow-up, providing reassurance and guidance between visits. * Booking Note When booking this package, you are selecting the time and date of your first visit. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to book your following visit. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy I understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel a full refund is given if you provide more than 24hrs notice of cancellation. After this point you will be offered a 50% refund. It may be possible to rearrange, but please be aware this will need to fit around other bookings. Please note that I have the right to cancel your appointment and issue a refund for the booked service if you have not completed and returned the booking form within 48 hours of you appointment.
